- At Arte Tenebris Studio, we believe in a collaborative approach to creating your custom gown or fantasy dress. Here’s how the process works: 1. Inquiry Form: Start by filling out the inquiry form with a detailed description of what you envision. Share your ideas, themes, colors, and any specific elements you want included in your design. 2. Initial Contact: Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a Zoom or phone call. This conversation allows us to discuss your vision in more detail and gather any references or inspiration you may have, a budget and a time frame.

- 3. Drafting: Following our conversation, we will begin the drafting process. We’ll create initial design sketches based on your input and preferences, based on our initial conversation. 4. Measurements and Materials: Once the first draft(s) are complete, we’ll set up a time to take your measurements, ensuring a perfect fit. We will go over our drafted designs and finalize them. During this stage, we will go over fabric options and other materials to ensure everything aligns with your vision and budget. 5. Deposit for Materials: Once we have finalized the design and materials, a deposit will be required to cover material costs. This deposit ensures that we can secure the fabrics and supplies needed for your gown. a 50% deposit is required for production to begin. 6. Regular Updates: Throughout the creation process, we will keep you informed with regular updates and may share photos of the progress to ensure everything aligns with your vision. 7. Final Fitting: Once the gown is completed, we will schedule a final fitting to make any necessary adjustments and ensure the perfect fit before delivering your custom gown. If adjustments are necessary we will have another fitting to ensure a perfect fit! 8. Delivery: After any final adjustments are made, we will arrange for the delivery of your gown, ready for you to wear on your special occasion! This structured approach helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience as we bring your dream gown to life!
